Palacio de Cristal – Manzanillo (“Crystal Palace”) is named after a glass and metal structure which was built in Madrid‘s Buen Retiro Park in 1887 for the Exposition of the Philippines, then a Spanish colonial possession. The architect was Ricardo Velázquez Bosco, who was also a well-known archeologist.

The tall arches and beautiful glass walls of Palacio De Cristal are reminiscent of this Madrid architectural icon, and provide breathtaking views of Bahía de Manzanillo and the Pacific Ocean.

The Pool and La Palapa

Palacio de Cristal’s pool is one of the largest in the La Punta community, and features a swim-up bar, and enough space for everyone to enjoy it. There is also a large and comfortable jacuzzi, and a wading pool for children. Near the pool is an open, shaded palapa where you and your guests can enjoy food, beverages, and fellowship. La Palapa is the main gathering spot and a good place to view the goings-on in the pool area.
